There is a part of the Goddess in all of us women. How much or how little depends upon how willing you are to let her emerge. The Goddess Within

Very basically, transformational coaching is all about Self-Actualization – fulfilling your potential to be all you can be.

Three levels that need to shift in order for transformation to occur are:

*Psychological: changes in your understanding of yourself

*Convictional: changes in what you believe about others, Life, the world, and the Universe, God, or Spirit

*Behavioral: new ways of being that include the development of skills to allow for a new ‘worldview’ or belief system.

This program is a feminine based approach to coaching which focuses on intuition, feeling, and insight, connecting to a power greater than we. It is creating through the energy of the Divine Feminine.

This type of transformation occurs in a group setting where the discussion is centered around one topic, such as - finding your Life’s purpose, accessing and using your intuition etc.

There are 4 key steps to this process:

1. Creating an atmosphere of safety, connection and trust between participants and also the facilitator. This activates potentials.

2. Bringing awareness to the cause of blocked power and limiting beliefs in the targeted area. This questions held assumptions.

3. Dismantling the ‘old story’ to create a new story of who one really is and what is possible. This generates breakthroughs.

4. Creating different beliefs, behaviors, and specific actions aligned with the ‘new story.’ This becomes the Destiny Pathway. Participants can also develop new skills and techniques to deal with setbacks and breakdowns. Through small and large group work, pair discussion, journaling, and introspection, each participant can begin to transform her/his Life.

Durga

The Hindu Warrior Goddess Durga is the embodiment of power, compassion and protection, especially for women. She can bring forth warrior-like strength in you as you seek to create your heart’s desire. And she can guide you through your deepest conflicts and Life’s chaos. She is known as the Divine Feminine Energy who protects against the forces of evil and wickedness. Her gift to you is one of personal transformation as she helps you through addiction, setbacks,

obstacles and the fears that prevent you from realizing your potentials. When you awaken the energies of Durga, you come face to face with your feelings of doubt, fear, and inhibiting beliefs. Durga asks us to affirm life, to say yes to everything, including our shadow. If you are to grow, evolve, and awaken you must embrace the dark.

Mother Mary

Mother Mary is known in Christianity as The Blessed Virgin, Queen of Heaven, the Mother of God. She is the embodiment of compassion, nurturing, and protection. She is the merciful one, the always patient mother, the protectress of humanity, and guardian of women and children. Mother Mary encourages women to connect with their feelings. Due to the extreme suppression of Divine Feminine qualities, women have a more difficult time acknowledging their feelings and accepting them as sacred, healing, and wise. Thus, they deny a sacred part of who they are. Because of this, Mother Mary also comes to us as the nurturer and healer of the inner child. Mother Mary embodies unconditional love and forgiveness. This summons us to love people’s spirit rather than their ego or personality. This is her sacred truth. Kuan Yin

Kuan Yin is the East Asian Goddess of Kindness, Compassion, Mercy. Her full name is Kuan-shi Yin, meaning "Observing the Sounds (or Cries) of the (human) World". Her calling is to bring reverence to the female body and soul. When she advocates compassion, she encourages women to give that compassion back to themselves. She brings the message that self-kindness is at the heart of Divine Feminine Awakening. She enters our lives when we are in danger of becoming severely out of balance with the energies of giving and receiving. She holds power over the area of deep feminine wounding. Kuan Yin shows us that deeper grace comes when we choose to grow from our lessons and find the wisdom within our pain, surrendering all else to the Divine for healing. Aphrodite is the Greek Goddess of Beauty and self, romantic, sexual, and Divine Love. She is here to remind you that love is not only your Divine birthright but your inherent nature. Love is who you are. The teachings of Aphrodite are dedicated to healing low self-esteem and self-worth. She reflects back to us our eternal beauty and reminds us that we are iinherently loveable. She will always guide you to think of feminine beauty as coming from inner self –worth and connection to spirit. She holds space for us to let go of our painful thoughts of worthlessness and shame to help us create new healthy patterns in our personal relationships. She teaches us that when we do not love and honor ourselves, we attract those who do not either. Aphrodite holds an important sacred key. She unlocks the collective heart of the sacred feminine to admit the evolving sacred masculine. She prepares the feminine soul essence to hold space for a new consciousness of masculine light. Lilith

Lilith is known as the goddess of Feminine Equality. In Jewish mythology, she was created from the same earth and at the same time as Adam - as his equal! She refused to be submissive to Adam and used her magical powers to escape Eden. Lilith was originally revered as a fertility Goddess who brought protection to children and women, especially those in childbirth. But with the rise of a patriarchal religion, Lilith was converted into a She-devil and a succubus. Lilith represents the dark Divine Feminine which is filled with elements of the Goddess- energy that are deep, powerful and highly transformational. These energies are extremely sacred and should be accessed wisely and with much perceptiveness. Mary Magdalene represents the Sacred Feminine and the essence of intuitive knowing, strength from within, kindness and the wisdom to act from within the Divine. She is here to unite the energies of the Divine Feminine and the Divine Masculine into an intelligence of partnership, uniting the Whole. The energy of Mary Magdalene is very strong on our planet right now; she is calling us to come forward as agents of change in our lives and in our world. She is making the way clear for healing of the feminine heart and dissolving the patriarchy that has been and still is on our planet. Isis is the Egyptian Goddess of love, fertility, resurrection, and magic. She is also known as the Goddess of All- the fullest expression of Divine nature. She is the Egyptian Queen who resurrected her slain husband, Osiris and ensured his passage to the afterlife. She was the spiritual teacher and mother to the great leaders of Ancient Egyptian civilizations. She is here to remind you that it is time to take the lead in your life – to become the empowered, wise, abundant and loving Queen in your domain and the world. She is here to show you that, as Goddess of All, she is all of you – dark and light, human and Divine, mortal woman and Goddess. She comes to you as a Dark Goddess, clearing your way to meet the Goddesses of Light as your progress on your journey to rise up and flourish. She will shake the very foundations of our existence to make us confront what the ego denies and wishes to avoid. She will make you face your deepest fears so that you come to the truth about who you really are. She destroys our false agendas to expose what we are hiding and refusing to reject. Her goal is to release us from enslavement to ego and bring us straight to heart center. When you're stuck in fear and attachment, call on Kali.
